Scarborough North Bay Surf
Scarborough North Bay in North East England is a fairly exposed reef and point break that has quite consistent surf. Winter and spring are the optimum times of year to visit. The best wind direction is from the west. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the north northeast. There is no beach break There are also left and right hand point breaks. It’s often crowded here. Watch out for rocks / crowds.
