Portrush-West Strand in Antrim is an exposed beach break that has consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Offshore winds blow from the southeast with some shelter here from east winds. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the best swell direction is from the northwest.
