Llantwit Major Surf
Llantwit Major in The Vale of Glamorgan is a fairly exposed beach break that has reasonably consistent surf, although summer tends to be mostly flat. Offshore winds are from the northeast. Groundswells and windswells are equally likely and the ideal swell angle is from the southwest. The beach break favours left handers. Surfable at all stages of the tide. It’s sometimes crowded here. Beware of rocks, rips and pollution.
